You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking demos or using the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content provided by EasySpark is the property of Einstein Studios, Inc. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the service.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload our systems

7. Termination

Einstein Studios may suspend or terminate your access to EasySpark at any time for violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, lead conversion rates, or compatibility with all CRM systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Einstein Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
